This postmodern 12 storey office tower near the City of London Museum was bult in 1999. During 2020/21 it had a major refit. All the existing finishes were striped out and then re-fitted. Throughout the building all the lift lobby entrances, Levels LG to 12 and the main reception area were clad in Cemento lightweight panelling, cleverly detailed with framing bronze trims. Our designers worked closely with the other trades, delivering working drawings to co-ordinate the layout for these areas with the flooring, ceilings, glazing and partition fixers to create a complete integrated but modern feature for this landmark building.
