Hyde Park Hayes

Building 1, Hyde Park Hayes is a 10,000 Sq. M modern new office building in West London.   Cemento’s remit was to design, make and fit the lift wall panelling to its 4 floors. An anthracite grey lightweight panelling was selected, but to emphasise the space the panels also formed the abutting ceilings panels and wall returns. This required careful co-ordination between the Cemento design and site teams to get the first fix assembles installed exactly in position, before the bespoke face panels could be fitted.  Seeing these now completed, the areas offer the building a notable feature to the lift frontages and disguise the hidden world of services behind them.
